Mincoo's workshop is designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of ICH Q7 and the 2010 GMP. The manufacturing process is fully enclosed to minimize contamination. The final filtration using a 0.22 µm filter prevents foreign matter from entering the final purification process. Drying and packaging are conducted in a classified C+A grade clean area, effectively preventing microbial contamination.
Using enzymatic hydrolysis technology to manufacture PDRN products with molecular weights ranging from 100kDa to 3500kDa enables effective and precise control over the product's molecular weight, while the enzymatic process maximizes the product's activity.
We have established a quality management system in accordance with ICH Q7 and the 2010 version of GMP to control raw material collection, transportation, production and packaging, testing, and product delivery.
The manufacturing process has been validated, and throughout the entire production process, from raw material entry to product transportation to the client, pollution, cross-contamination, confusion, and errors are controlled to sustainably and stably produce products that meet predetermined quality standards.
